Deliveries are arranged as all-day appointments between 6 AM and 8 PM, unless otherwise specified. While we may provide an estimated time of arrival, please consider this as an approximation rather than a guaranteed time. The delivery service will only bring items to the communal entrance of your property, which for flat or apartment residents means the shared entrance on the ground floor. If there are any obstacles on your driveway or front porch, deliveries will occur at the entrance to that area. Any further movement of items is at your own risk and at the discretion of the couriers. Additionally, deliveries to locations such as Scotland, Wales, Aberdeenshire, Inverness-shire, Devon, Cornwall, and other rural areas may take longer.

Please note that mattresses, bedside tables, and any additional items purchased alongside the main product will be shipped separately via a different courier service. These add-ons are sold and delivered independently, and while we aim to have their delivery times closely match that of the main product, there may be instances where they arrive on different days due to the separate shipping process. Additionally, any requests for returns, exchanges, or deliveries concerning your bed frame will not include the add-on items; a separate formal request must be made for those, and standard Terms and Conditions will apply.
