Delivery for this item is estimated; please refer to your order details or the delivery ETA section on each product page for the relevant delivery timeframe.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an estimated delivery date. Please be aware that, in rare cases, delivery may take an additional 10 to 20 working days. Delivery is complimentary to select areas, subject to availability. You will be contacted by the delivery service 1 to 2 days before the scheduled delivery to confirm the date. Deliveries are arranged as all-day appointments between 6 AM and 8 PM, unless otherwise specified. While we may provide an estimated time of arrival, please consider this as an approximation rather than a guaranteed time. The delivery service will only bring items to the communal entrance of your property, which for flat or apartment residents means the shared entrance on the ground floor. If there are any obstacles on your driveway or front porch, deliveries will occur at the entrance to that area. Any further movement of items is at your own risk and at the discretion of the couriers. Additionally, deliveries to locations such as Scotland, Wales, Aberdeenshire, Inverness-shire, Devon, Cornwall, and other rural areas may take longer.
Please note that mattresses, bedside tables, and any additional items purchased alongside the main product will be shipped separately via a different courier service. These add-ons are sold and delivered independently, and while we aim to have their delivery times closely match that of the main product, there may be instances where they arrive on different days due to the separate shipping process. Additionally, any requests for returns, exchanges, or deliveries concerning your bed frame will not include the add-on items; a separate formal request must be made for those, and standard Terms and Conditions will apply.
Request a Delivery Date
If you wish to have your delivery set for a particular day (Monday to Friday, after the initial working days), we can certainly arrange that. Please let us know your preferred delivery date by emailing us right after you place your order. Please be aware that this is contingent on availability, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We guarantee a response to all emails within 24 hours.
We need a mobile number for our delivery services to ensure you receive detailed information about your delivery. Not providing a mobile number may result in delays. To modify the date of a scheduled delivery, return, collection, or exchange, please allow at least 2 working days for us to process any changes. All modifications are subject to availability.

Delivery to the following postcodes can take from 2 to 20 working days and may incur a delivery surcharge based on the total order weight calculated on the Checkout page:
